Wide refill opening makes refills fast and easy, and there's a QR code under the lid so you can reorder soap in a flash. It's also waterproof for easy cleaning. I've had 3 of these since 3+ years ago. One stopped charging about 1 year into it's life. One seems to not carry a charge for longer than 2 weeks of light use. The third sees a lot more use and needs to be charged maybe every 3 weeks. The claim that it can hold a charge up to 3 months is kind of outrageous. I never once got anywhere close to that. Fairly expensive cost of refills aside, it's the frequent charging that made me stop using 1 of them. I still keep one in the kitchen as I need to be able to wash my hands without touching the dispenser. In hindsight, I shouldn't have bought them.

I have 2 of these and I hate them. It'd squirt soap just by knocking the dispenser from the side or picking it up from the top. The sensor is too sensitive or something, it just misfires whenever it senses the slightest amount of movement.

This dispenser is annoying. It doesn't work correctly with thicker liquid soaps. You can't adjust the flow rate. Also shadows will set it off.
The charge cable is unique, so don't misplace it.

The listing shows a 2024 model (which is not on sale). I wonder if the 2024 is higher quality.

I agree with everyone, you don't need these in your life. I had 3 of them, 2 stopped holding a charge within the first year. The 3rd is still working but lives in the guest bathroom because I got sick of cleaning soap off the countertop from phantom dispensing. And that stupid proprietary charging cable. The version that takes batteries with a clear reservoir works much better. It's cheaper, the batteries last almost a year, you can see how much soap is left, and the sensor doesn't constantly phantom pump. It occasionally misfires but at 1/10th the rate that this one does
